These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”) and Xicardo (“we,” “us” or “our”), concerning your access to and use of the Xicardo mobile application and website. By accessing the App, you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all of these Terms and Conditions.

When trading gift cards, you warrant that you are the rightful owner of the card and that it was obtained legally. We reserve the right to verify the validity of any gift card. If a card is found to be invalid, fraudulent, or already redeemed, we reserve the right to reverse any payments or deduct the equivalent amount from your balance.
Fees for transactions and exchange rates are displayed within the App and are subject to change based on market conditions. Payouts to bank accounts are processed within a reasonable timeframe, but delays may occur due to third-party payment processors or bank issues.
You may not access or use the App for any purpose other than that for which we make the App available. The App may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: fraud, money laundering, harassment, and attempts to circumvent security features.
In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms and Conditions and your use of the App are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
